Friday, Saturday and Sunday, rain or shine. Admission is free. Hundreds of vendors line Main Street and residents run yard sales on side streets all over Warrensburg, so a little planning goes a long way.

Which day are you coming?

Getting around works differently on Friday than it does on the weekend. Check your day before you leave home.

Friday

The shuttle does not run on Friday. Park at the Warren County Fairgrounds for free, or use a paid lot closer to Main Street, and plan to walk.

Wear comfortable shoes.

Saturday and Sunday

Park for free at the Warren County Fairgrounds and ride the free shuttle into town. It runs 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Expect a wait at peak times, plan your own return trip before the last run, and leave pets at home: they are not allowed on the shuttle.

Getting here

Warrensburg sits just off I-87, the Adirondack Northway, a few minutes north of Lake George. Any of these exits will get you in.

  • Exit 22Lake George. Head north on Route 9 into Warrensburg.
  • Exit 23Warrensburg. Driving north, turn left for Main Street shopping or right for park and ride. Driving south, turn right for Main Street or left for park and ride.
  • Exit 24Bolton Landing. Take Schroon River Road south to free parking at the fairgrounds, or continue straight into town.
  • Exit 25Chestertown. Take Route 8 south, then Route 9 south into Warrensburg.

Skip the Main Street backup. Drive straight to the Warren County Fairgrounds, 346 Schroon River Road, park for free, and take the shuttle on Saturday or Sunday.

Good to know

  • Rain or shineThe sale goes on in any weather. Dress in layers; October mornings in the Adirondacks are cold.
  • Free admissionThere is no ticket and no gate. Walk in anywhere and start shopping.
  • Street parking is enforcedPark only in designated areas. Cars blocking driveways or parked in restricted zones are ticketed and towed.
  • Accessible parkingDesignated spots are located throughout the event area. Display your permit and follow posted signs.
  • Overnight RV parkingAvailable for a fee at the Warrensburg Volunteer Fire Company, no hookups. Call (518) 623-9766 and leave a message for rates.
  • Bring cash and bagsMany sellers are cash only, and you will carry more than you expect.
