Some vendors choose to rent space directly from a church, business, organization, or property owner rather than through the Chamber.

Private property vendor spaces are not managed by the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce. Availability, pricing, setup instructions, and property rules are determined solely by the property owner.

Important Information for Private Property Vendors

Vendors renting space directly from a private property owner are generally required to obtain an Individual Participant Permit (IPP) from the Town of Warrensburg before participating in the World's Largest Garage Sale®.

$50 IPP Permit Fee – Non-Food Vendors
$100 IPP Permit Fee – Food Vendors

Additional permits, health department approvals, sales tax registration, and insurance requirements may also apply depending on your business.
