Looking for a private property location instead?

Some vendors choose to rent space directly from a church, business, organization or property owner rather than through the Chamber.

Private property vendor spaces are not managed by the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce. Availability, pricing, setup instructions and property rules are determined solely by the property owner.

Whose rules apply? The Chamber's Vendor Terms & Conditions apply only to Chamber-assigned spaces. Private property owners set their own rules, including what may be sold on their property. The Chamber does not enforce rules on private property. Town of Warrensburg permit requirements and state law apply to all vendors.

Important information for private property vendors

Vendors renting space directly from a private property owner are generally required to obtain an Individual Participant Permit (IPP) from the Town of Warrensburg before participating in the World's Largest Garage Sale®.

Town permit fees and deadlines are set by the Town of Warrensburg. Contact the Town for current fees and late-permit pricing.

Additional permits, health department approvals, sales tax registration and insurance requirements may also apply depending on your business.
