The World’s Largest Garage Sale offers a variety of vendor spaces throughout Warrensburg, including Main Street locations, municipal lots, and designated marketplace areas.

This page is intended to help vendors understand the general layout and characteristics of available vendor areas. All descriptions are for informational purposes only. Specific space assignments, locations, and sizes are subject to availability, event layout, and applicable policies.

Event Area Overview

Vendor areas are located throughout Warrensburg. A detailed event map showing marketplace locations and vendor zones will be provided closer to the event date.

Food Vendor Spaces

Food vendors are placed in designated areas based on space requirements, availability, and overall event layout. Placement preferences may be requested but are not guaranteed.

Food Trucks & Trailers

Typical space size: approximately 12×20 or larger
Must include full trailer length, hitch, serving area, and safe clearances
Multiple trailers may require additional frontage and may be placed separately
Health permits, insurance, and required approvals must be submitted
Generators and equipment must meet safety and noise requirements

Snack / Small Food Vendors

Typical space size: approximately 10×10
Intended for limited-menu or tent-based food setups
Health permits and insurance required

Marketplace locations group vendors together in defined areas. Surfaces, amenities, and space sizes vary by location.

CHIRO Marketplace (Main Street)

Main Street location with high pedestrian traffic
Mix of street and lot-based vendor spaces
Nearby public restrooms
Limited utilities may be available for an additional fee

Senior Center Marketplace

Grass lawn setup
Nearby vendor parking available
Porta potty on site

Grand Union Marketplace

Asphalt parking lot
