Food vendors are placed in designated areas based on space requirements, availability and overall event layout. Placement preferences may be requested but are not guaranteed. Fees are based on the maximum setup size selected on the application; see the Food Vendor Terms & Conditions.
Food trucks and trailers
12 × 20 or larger
Must include full trailer length, hitch, serving area and safe clearances
Multiple trailers may need additional frontage and may be placed separately
Health permits, insurance and required approvals must be submitted
Generators and equipment must meet safety and noise requirements

Returning vendors may request prior-year locations, subject to policy guidelines and the March 1 deadline.
All vendors operate from their assigned location. Roaming sales within the event area are not permitted.
Tent weights are required on all paved surfaces. Stakes are not allowed in asphalt or concrete.
