These Food Vendor Terms & Conditions apply to all food vendors participating in the World’s Largest Garage Sale. By submitting a Food Vendor Application, vendors agree to comply with these terms and all provisions of the general Vendor Terms & Conditions published by the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce.
Submission of a Food Vendor Application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or assignment to a specific location. All applications are subject to review and approval by event organizers.
The Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to deny, limit, revoke, or modify vendor participation based on space availability, event layout, safety considerations, regulatory requirements, menu duplication, or failure to meet event policies.
Food vendor fees are based on maximum setup size tiers selected during the application process.
Vendors whose setup exceeds the selected size may be required to reduce their footprint, pay an adjusted fee if available, or may be reassigned or removed without refund.
Food vendor placement is determined solely by event organizers and is based on availability, safety considerations, regulatory requirements, and overall event layout.
Event organizers reserve the right to adjust vendor placement before or during the event as necessary.
Food vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals, including but not limited to:
Failure to obtain or present required permits may result in denial of participation or removal from the event without refund.
All food vendors must carry valid general liability insurance meeting event requirements.
Failure to provide valid proof of insurance may result in cancellation of participation without refund.
Electricity and water are not guaranteed at all vendor locations.
Unsafe equipment or operations may result in immediate corrective action or removal.
Food vendors must comply with all setup, operation, and breakdown times and procedures outlined in the Vendor Terms & Conditions, including:
Failure to comply may result in penalties or removal from the event without refund.
Food vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary operation at all times.
Violations may result in immediate corrective action or removal without refund.
Food vendors must comply with all conduct, behavior, and prohibited-item rules outlined in the Vendor Terms & Conditions.
Event organizers reserve the right to enforce all conduct and safety rules.
All cancellations, refunds, credits, and administrative fees are governed exclusively by the Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the event website.
No refunds will be issued outside the terms of that policy.
Food vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Warrensburg, event organizers, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation.
