Vendor Terms & Conditions

World’s Largest Garage Sale – Warrensburg, NY

These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern participation, conduct, safety, permits, insurance, and on-site operations for all vendors participating in the World’s Largest Garage Sale.
Application procedures, space assignments, payments, and refunds are governed separately by the Vendor Application & Space Assignment Policy and the Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy, available under the SELL section of this website.

By submitting an application and participating in the event, vendors agree to comply with all terms outlined below.


1. Event Dates, Hours & Attendance Requirements

The World’s Largest Garage Sale is a multi-day event. Vendors are expected to:

Early teardown or departure without approval may affect future participation eligibility.


2. Space Usage & Vendor Operations

Event organizers reserve the right to make on-site adjustments for safety or logistical reasons.


3. Vehicles, Loading & Parking

The Chamber is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or property.


4. Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

Event staff reserve the right to remove prohibited items or vendors without refund.


5. Conduct & Professionalism

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner at all times.
Harassment, disorderly behavior, or failure to follow instructions from event staff may result in removal from the event.


6. Permits, Licenses & Taxes

Vendors are responsible for:

Failure to provide required documentation may result in removal from the event.


7. Insurance & Liability

The Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, Town of Warrensburg, and affiliated partners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.


8. Utilities, Equipment & Safety

Unsafe setups may be required to be modified or removed.


9. Environmental & Cleanup Responsibilities


10. Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure

The event will take place rain or shine.
In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the Chamber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event.
